In addition to the price of the cruise, there are some additional costs and reservations that may need to be included.


  • Shore excursions - now that you get to visit these amazing cities what do you want to see while there? Let us know if you have any physical restrictions ahead of time so we can help you make it the best experience possible. Look at the cruise line excursions or through a third party which we can help connect you to (no charge for our services). 


  • Make sure to download the app and create a profile to link your account and start managing your pre-cruise purchases and reservations.  Check out the specialty dining options, beverage and wifi packages too. The cost of these items are typically at a savings if you purchase pre-cruise.   Vazquez Ventures will advise you if there are any package deals when purchasing your cruise that include these options. 
WHAT ARE YOU PLANNING FOR PRE AND POST CRUISE?
  • Do you need to fly to the embarkation and/or disembarkation ports?   Some of the cruise lines offer air deals which may provide extra savings and benefits. Let Vazquez Ventures know if you would like a quote of this add-on to your cruise fare. Not all air with cruise lines are the same, let us advise you of the variables with each cruise line (no additional charge for our services).


  • Hotel pre and post cruise is something to consider when planning your vacation. Do you want to at least have a day to get accustomed to a time change and rest before starting your cruising adventure? Do you want to explore the embarkation and/or debarkation cities longer? Are you interested in viewing any neighboring towns and extending the trip?  Vazquez Ventures can help you search and book hotels in great locations that meet all your needs (at no additional cost to you for these services).


  • Transportation to and from the port should always be a consideration, whether you drive there from your home, hotel or airport, planning ahead can alleviate delays and and save money. How much should be budgeted depends where you are arriving from or heading to. Cost can vary with some locations having easier access to taxi and uber than others.  Also some cruise lines include transfer with their packages, while others do not.  If you are driving and need parking at the terminals there are some off site lots that may be at a savings by pre-booking.  We can help guide you through your needs and set up your transfers from hotel or airport  (no charge for our services).

After paying for this amazing adventure, don't forget to protect the cost and prepare for the worst case scenario.  Let's make sure your relaxing vacation doesn't cause any additional financial stress by insuring your travel plans and providing protection for medical, lost/delayed baggage, missed cruise connections, cancellation due to illness and many other covered options.
